Language Institute, Chiang Mai University announces its policy and intention to refrain from accepting all kinds of gifts and other forms of benefits in the course of official duties for Fiscal Year 2026, under the concept of “No Gift Policy LICMU: Transparent and Fair.” This policy aims to promote good governance, integrity, transparency, accountability, and fairness in all operations.
The Language Institute kindly requests the cooperation of executives, personnel, language experts, and all relevant stakeholders to jointly refrain from accepting or giving any kinds of gifts or benefits before, during, or after the performance of official duties, and on all occasions and festivals. This is to prevent and reduce the risk of bribery, conflicts of interest, or any actions that may influence judgment or decision-making in the performance of duties.
