The Language Institute, Chiang Mai University organized its Annual Staff Seminar 2026 at Buraphat Resort, Chiang Dao District, Chiang Mai, during January 30 – February 1, 2026. The seminar aimed to support organizational development, strengthen teamwork, and promote awareness of ethics, integrity, transparency, and good governance in daily operations.
As part of the seminar, staff members participated in creative learning activities and case-based discussions focusing on ethical decision-making in the workplace. The activities covered key operational areas, including academic affairs, curriculum management, international affairs, China programs, IT, facilities, and administration.
One of the highlighted activities was an interactive Kahoot game on workplace ethics, designed to encourage staff to reflect on real work situations related to fairness, personal data protection, conflict of interest, proper use of organizational resources, confidentiality, and transparent reporting.
Through this seminar, LICMU reaffirmed its commitment to building a transparent, fair, and sustainable organizational culture, while continuously enhancing service quality and accountability to stakeholders.
