การแจ้งเตือนการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล (Privacy Notice)
สถาบันภาษา มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ จะเก็บ ใช้ และอาจเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านเท่าที่จำเป็น เพื่อการสมัคร การลงทะเบียน การให้บริการ การจัดการเรียนการสอน การจัดสอบ การออกเอกสารรับรอง การประสานงาน รวมถึงการปฏิบัติตามกฎหมาย และ/หรือฐานกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้อง

สถาบันภาษาจะดำเนินการตามคำร้องภายในระยะเวลาที่กฎหมายกำหนด หากท่านเห็นว่าการดำเนินการไม่เป็นไปตามกฎหมาย ท่านสามารถร้องเรียนต่อสำนักงานคณะกรรมการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล (สคส.) ได้

Language Institute, Chiang Mai University (LICMU) shall collect, use, and disclose your personal data as necessary for application, registration, service provision, teaching and learning management, examination, certification, coordination, as well as compliance with relevant laws and/or legal bases.

LICMU will process your request within the period specified by law. If you believe the processing does not comply with the law, you may lodge a complaint with the Office of the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC).
